NEW YORK’S BEST COFFEE

“By FAR” !!!

PORTO RICO IMPORTING Co.

GREENWICH VILLAGE NEW YORK

“The Best Coffee in NewYork,” says Dapper Dan The Food Man for New York Eats. I Love this place. It’s an Italian-American owned and run business in Greenwich Village, New York, that’s been in operation Since 1907, when Greenwich Village was pretty much an all Italian neighborhood, made up of Italian immigrants from mostly Southern Italy, Sicilians, Neapolitans, and people from Calabria, as well as a good representation of people from Genoa, Italy, like the Raffettos’s who own another 100 year old plus Italian Food shop in Greenwich Village. Rafetto Pasta Co. around the block from Porto Rico Coffee, opened their doors a year before, in 1906, and have been making homemade Ravioli and other pasta ever since. There’s also Mont’es Trattoria on Macdougal Street that has been operating Since 1917.

Anwya, back to Porto Rico Coffee Roasters import bags of green coffee beens from all around the World, and roast them in house to make, what is without a doubt, “The Best Coffee” in all of New York. Basta!
